Truck maintenance and compliance tracking in FreightOps
Keep every truck road-ready: preventive maintenance on a schedule, driver inspections reviewed in one place, and an expiry board for licenses, medical cards, insurance, registrations and inspections.
Service jobs
Preventive maintenance on a schedule
Maintenance opens on a board of service jobs. Four tiles count what is overdue, due this week, in the shop and done in the last 30 days, and a tap on a tile shows only those jobs. Each job moves from due to In shop to Done: In shop parks the truck, Done logs the work and the cost and sets the next due date or mileage. The truck's driver can get a reminder to bring it in.
Maintenance
- Service, Inspections (DVIR) and Repair Log under Filter
- Receipts kept with each service
Inspections
Driver vehicle inspection reports (DVIR)
Drivers file their inspections from the app with the odometer and any defects. An inspection with a defect waits under Inspections (DVIR) until someone reviews it, and the truck counts as down while it is out of service.
Maintenance
- Submitted, Odometer and Defects on every inspection
Compliance
One expiry board for drivers and trucks
Compliance lists driver licenses, medical cards, insurance, registrations and inspections across your drivers and trucks, each with its expiry date and the days left or overdue. Filter to Expired or Expiring to see what needs action.
Compliance
Licenses, medical cards, insurance, registrations, and inspections
- Expired, Expiring and Up to date counts
- Maintenance and document expiry alerts by email and push
