AI rate con, BOL and receipt scanning in FreightOps

FreightOps reads the paperwork your office and drivers already handle: rate confirmations and route pages become loads, receipts become expenses and scale tickets become trip weights. Nothing is saved until a person checks it.

Rate confirmations

Rate cons and route pages into a new load

Upload the documents or scan them with the camera. FreightOps decides which page is a route detail and which is a rate confirmation, reads them together and fills in the load form, stops included. PDFs are read on their first two pages. You review the form and save.

  • Each document keeps a type you can change before saving
  • Fill in the load yourself when a document cannot be read

Receipts

Receipt photos into expense records

Upload a receipt image or PDF and AI fills in the expense fields before you save it. The original upload stays with the record, and fuel receipts carry their gallons into IFTA.

  • Receipts waiting for review counted at the top of Expenses

Review

Every upload checked in Review Uploads

Bills of lading, PODs, receipts and photos from your drivers land in one queue, filed under your own document types. Approve each one, or send it back to the driver with a reason. Corrected uploads and possible duplicates are pinned to the top.

  • Awaiting, Flagged, Possible dupes and Verified today counts
  • Mark All Reviewed when the queue is clean

Scale tickets

Scale tickets read on hourly jobs

On an hourly job the driver scans or uploads the scale ticket and FreightOps reads the weight onto that trip, showing how sure the reading is. The driver can always enter the weight by hand.

  • Scan, Upload or Enter Weight from the trip

Questions

AI document scanning questions

Which documents can FreightOps read?

Rate confirmations and route detail pages into a new load, receipts into expenses, scale tickets into trip weights, and payment documents you upload. Other trip papers such as bills of lading are filed under your document types for review.

Does it save anything without me checking?

No. It fills in the form and you check it and save.

How many pages of a PDF does it read?

The first two pages of each PDF.

What if a document cannot be read?

FreightOps says it could not read the documents. Your files stay attached and you can fill in the load yourself.
