Driver pay and settlements for trucking in FreightOps
Driver pay lives on the load from the moment you create it. When the work is done you pay through Stripe or by your own bank transfer, and every driver sees what they earned and where each payout stands.
On the load
Flat, percentage or hourly pay on every load
Set the driver’s pay as a dollar amount, a percentage or an hourly rate when you build the load. Load billing shows each load’s driver pay beside its amount and who it is billed to. A load with several drivers carries a pay line for each one.

Paying
Pay through Stripe or mark a bank transfer paid
Choose how your company pays drivers. With Stripe, Driver paid ticks itself when the payout completes. Pay outside the app and you tick Driver paid by hand. A load moves to Paid once every driver with a pay line has been paid.
Your revenue
- Drivers add their payout account once, in Settings
- Requested, Processing and Paid on each payout
Hourly work
Hourly pay from the time card
On hourly jobs the driver’s work time and trips build the time card, and the hourly rate turns those hours into pay. Jobs can also pay per load or per ton.
- Per hour, per load or per ton
