Upload the rate confirmation and route detail pages, or scan them with the phone’s camera. FreightOps reads them, matches the stops across pages and fills in the load form. When both are uploaded, the route pages lead and the rate confirmation fills what they leave blank. You check the form and save. No paperwork? Add your stops and pay yourself.

Pick the driver and the truck. The load reaches the driver’s phone, and a text message too once they opt in. Manage Loads shows each load’s step as the driver responds: Sent, Seen, Accepted, then In Progress once the trip starts. Search by reference, carrier or driver, and sort and filter the list your way.

The driver runs the load from the app
The driver starts the trip and sees each stop in order, with the ETA and miles to the next one. Navigate opens directions in the driver’s map app. The load’s chat sits on the same card, so questions about a door or an appointment stay with the load.

Arrived and Left at every stop
When the truck enters a stop’s arrival radius, FreightOps records Arrived; when it leaves, Left. Set the radius for the whole company, one load or a single stop, down to 25 feet. The office sees the same times on the load.

Can I create a load without documents?
Yes. Add the stops and pay yourself, or open More details for the full form.
Can my drivers see the rate confirmation?
That is your choice. Drivers see rate confirmations by default. Turn it off in Settings and each driver sees only the rate confirmations they uploaded themselves.
Do drivers need the phone app?
The app gives drivers the camera, live tracking and automatic stop check-in. A driver signed in on the website can still complete stops and trips by hand.
